Features and Applications:

PolyDADMAC is a cationic quaternary ammonium polymer that dissolves fully in water. It contains strong cationic groups and activated adsorbent sites, allowing it to destabilize and agglomerate suspended solids and negatively charged organic materials in wastewater by electro-neutralization and bridging adsorption, thus providing effective flocculation, decolorization, algae treatment, and organic matter removal.

 


Applications:

It serves as a flocculant, decolorizing agent, and dewatering agent in the treatment of drinking water, raw water, and wastewater. Additionally, it functions as a fungicide in textile printing and dyeing, a softening agent, antistatic agent, conditioner, and color-fixing agent. It also finds use as a surfactant in various chemical industries.

 


Instruction for use:

 

The product can be added evenly and continuously to the wastewater treatment system after dilution in any proportion, or it can be directly added to the wastewater after diluting it 5-20 times, followed by stirring and settling.

 

The dosage for treating different water and sewage sources is determined based on the turbidity and concentration of the water, with the optimal dosage identified through small-scale testing.

 

It is important to carefully choose the dosing points and stirring speed to ensure even mixing with the material, while preventing the flocs from being crushed.

Packaging Details:The product is packed 200kg net in plastic drum or 1000kg net in IBC.

Health and Safety:

The product can irritate the eyes and skin. Rubber gloves, goggles and protective clothing are recommended for use while handling. Spilled polymer is slippery and should be flushed with water.
